Amburana Light Toast Infusion Spiral

Amburana (Amburana cearensis) is also known as Brazilian oak, named after the country from which the majority of Amburana trees are grown. It is a wood commonly associated with the aging of a Brazilian spirit, Cachaça, a sugarcane spirit similar to rum. Interesting cinnamon and spice flavors come from Amburana wood. An amburana oak spiral can be used for aging whiskey, aging rum and other fine spirits. Amburana spirals use their spiral shape to accelerate the extraction time for aging. 8 times faster than other oak compounds like barrel staves, etc. Also minimizes exposure to air and sinks fast into spirits.
